FlowFAST V

The FlowFAST V product protection cabinet, ISO class III, operates on the principle of vertical laminar air flow. These are a far more economical and valid alternative to cleanrooms, as they are able to create uncontaminated, particle-free and sterile conditions for materials in the workspace.

They guarantee and maintain excellent product protection factors by providing a particle-free positive pressure work area through the G3 pre-filter with a minimum efficiency of 80 - 90 % ASHRAE and the HEPA H14 filter with an efficiency better than 99.995 % MPPS (H14 - EN:1822).

UV Lampe

  • Controlled by automatic UV timer (via microprocessor-based control panel)
  • Highly efficient decontamination using 253.7 nanometer radiation
  • Out of the operator's field of vision for safe irradiation of the work area
  • Caution: follow personnel safety procedures when using UV lamps. A UV lamp is not a substitute for good cleaning and the effective life is limited to approximately 12 months, depending on the total number of hours of operation. Replace the UV lamps every 12 months.
